This page explains how to request deletion of your ProServe Hub account and associated personal data.
How to request account deletion
- In the app: Sign in, open account settings, and select Delete Account.
- By email: Send a request to support@proservehub.app with subject line Account Deletion Request.
Important: We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing a deletion request.
What data is deleted
- Account profile information (name, email, phone, ZIP, role)
- Saved profile details and preferences
- Messages and related in-app communication records
- Associated user-generated account data that is not legally required to retain
What data may be retained
- Transaction or payout records required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations
- Security logs required to prevent abuse and protect platform integrity
Deletion timeline
Once we verify your request, account deletion is processed within 30 days.
